REFUND POLICY
This Refund Policy ("Policy") sets forth the guidelines and conditions governing refunds for purchases made from LUXIIVA ("Seller"). By engaging in any transaction with Seller, you ("Customer") recognize and accept the terms of this Policy.
No Returns or Refunds Except for Evident Defects:
a. Seller is dedicated to delivering top-quality jewelry to its customers. To maintain hygiene standards, Seller does not entertain returns or provide refunds for any purchased items unless there are unmistakable defects, supported by sufficient evidence.
b. Customer acknowledges that refunds will solely be considered for items with apparent defects, substantiated by satisfactory evidence.
c.Β Custom orders are not eligible for returns or restocking as they are individually crafted for each customer.
Return and Replacement for Defective Items:
a. In the event of a defective item, Customer must notify Seller within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@luxiiva.com. The email must include clear photographic evidence of the defect.
b. Seller reserves the right to decide whether the defective item should be returned or discarded. Should Seller request the return of the item, Customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
c. If a replacement for the defective item is available, Seller will dispatch it to Customer upon receipt and verification of the returned item. If a replacement is unavailable, Seller will issue store credit equivalent to the defective item's value at the time of purchase.
Sizing Issues:
a. Customer acknowledges that all sales are final, and no refunds or returns will be accepted for sizing issues concerning any jewelry.
b. It is Customer's responsibility to thoroughly review and confirm product descriptions, including sizing information, prior to placing an order.
Shipping and Delivery:
a. Customer agrees that providing an accurate shipping address is their sole responsibility. If an order is returned to Seller due to an insufficient address, Customer will be charged a $10 shipping fee for reshipping to the correct address. b. Seller holds no liability for packages confirmed as delivered by the courier. As a result, Seller does not offer refunds or credits for confirmed deliveries.
Agreement to Refund Policy:
By completing a purchase with Seller, Customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Refund Policy.
