Luxiiva ensures the dispatch of each order to the exact address provided at the time of purchase. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the package will not be successfully delivered by USPS. If the package is marked "Return to Sender" by the mail carrier, Luxiiva is not liable and is not obligated to issue a refund.
USPS will return the package to our distribution center, and a customer service representative will contact you once it is received. Upon confirmation of the returned package, you may choose between two options:
Custom nameplate orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available to sign, please contact your local USPS or UPS immediately to arrange redelivery or pick-up. Most local post offices will hold packages for 14 days before returning them to our distribution center. To set up a redelivery, Click Here
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Luxiiva is not responsible for packages lost or stolen during transit. If your package is lost by the postal service or stolen, you must contact us within 30 days of the incident. Luxiiva is not obligated to issue a refund. If you purchased Route Shipping Insurance, you may file a claim within 15 days of the incident. Learn more about [Route Shipping Insurance].
Cancellation:
To cancel an order, please contact customer service at support@luxiiva.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot process cancellations or refunds after 24 hours.
