SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING RATES

- Orders under $120: $7.99 standard shipping fee
- Orders over $120: Free standard shipping
- Shipping method: USPS First Class Mail
- We currently ship within the United States. International rates are calculated at checkout where available.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

- Order processing: Ready-to-ship items dispatch within 1 business day
- Delivery: 5-10 business days after dispatch, subject to USPS transit times
- Personalized and made-to-order items: 2-3 weeks to handcraft, plus 5-10 business days for delivery — around 3-5 weeks in total

All times are estimates. Carrier and customs delays are outside our control. If your order passes the estimate, email support@luxiiva.com and we will investigate.

WHICH ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER

Any piece where you type a name into the personalization box or upload a photo is made individually for you after you order. Pieces held in stock — including those where you choose a single letter from A to Z — dispatch within 1 business day.

DELIVERED, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

LUXIIVA is not responsible for packages lost or stolen during transit or after they are marked delivered by the carrier. No refund or credit is issued for packages the carrier has marked as delivered.

If your package is lost or stolen, contact support@luxiiva.com within 2 days of the incident.

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS AND INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please check that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. If an incorrect or incomplete address causes the package to be returned to us, we can re-ship it for a $10 reshipping fee. LUXIIVA is not obligated to issue a refund for a package returned because of an address error.

Some orders may require a signature on delivery. If you are not available to sign, contact your local USPS office to arrange redelivery or pick-up. Most post offices hold packages for 14 days before returning them to sender.

CANCELLATIONS

To cancel an order, email support@luxiiva.com within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours production has usually begun and we cannot guarantee a cancellation.
