      SHIPPING & PROCESSING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

      The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the processing and shipping of all orders placed through LUXIIVA (“Company”). By placing an order with the Company, you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

      ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

      1. Processing Time: The Company shall process orders within 3-5 business days from the date of order placement. Orders placed outside of regular business hours or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

      2. Delivery Time: Domestic Orders shall be delivered within 3-7 business days from the date of shipment. International Orders shall be delivered within 8-15 business days from the date of shipment.

      3. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges will be processed with the order and charged at the time of purchase.

      4. Incorrect Shipping Information: The Company shall not be responsible for any incorrect shipping addresses provided at the time of order placement. The Company shall only make changes to shipping information if the order has not been processed.

      5. Worldwide Shipping: The Company shall ship orders worldwide.

      6. International Shipping Charges: There shall be no additional charges on the cost of the product for international orders. However, shipping charges shall be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.

      7. Non-Delivery of Packages: The Company shall not be responsible for packages that have been reported as delivered by the courier. The Company shall not issue refunds or credits for packages that the courier confirms as being delivered.

      PAYMENTS

      1. Payment Methods: The Company accepts all major Credit Cards, PayPal, AfterPay, Shop Pay & Sezzle as payment methods.

      CUSTOMER CARE

      1. Customer Care Contact: For any questions or concerns not addressed in the Company’s FAQ section, Customer may contact the Company’s customer care team at support@luxiiva.com.

      2. Modification or Addition to Orders: The Company cannot modify orders once they have been placed.

      By placing an order with the Company, Customer agrees to the above Terms. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, without notice.
