MATERIAL AND QUALITY
What are LUXIIVA jewelry pieces made of?
All LUXIIVA pieces are crafted with 18K gold plating over a durable stainless steel or brass base metal. Our plating process is thicker than most affordable jewelry brands, providing a longer-lasting finish. Many of our pieces also feature 5A+ cubic zirconia stones — the highest grade available — that deliver diamond-like brilliance.
Is LUXIIVA jewelry real gold?
LUXIIVA jewelry is 18K gold plated, meaning a layer of real 18-karat gold is bonded to the surface of a durable base metal. It gives you the color, shine, and luxury look of solid gold at a fraction of the cost. It is not solid gold.
What does "tarnish-free" mean?
Our tarnish-free coating is a protective layer applied over the gold plating that prevents oxidation, discoloration, and green marks on your skin. With proper care, your LUXIIVA piece will maintain its shine for years.
Is LUXIIVA jewelry hypoallergenic?
Yes. All LUXIIVA pieces are hypoallergenic, nickel-free, and safe for sensitive skin. We use 316L stainless steel on select pieces — the same surgical-grade steel used in medical implants.
What is 5A cubic zirconia?
Cubic zirconia (CZ) is graded from 1A to 5A, with 5A being the highest quality. Our 5A+ stones feature exceptional clarity, precision cuts, and brilliant fire that makes them visually indistinguishable from diamonds to the naked eye.
Is LUXIIVA jewelry waterproof?
Our waterproof collection (anklets and select pieces labeled "waterproof") can handle water exposure including swimming, showers, and rain. For all other pieces, we recommend removing them before swimming or showering to maximize their lifespan.
CUSTOM ORDERS AND PERSONALIZATIONS
How do I order a custom name necklace?
Simply choose your pendant style, select your preferred color (Silver, Rose Gold, or Yellow Gold), enter your custom name in the text field, choose your chain length, and add to cart. Our team will handcraft your piece to order.
How many characters can I put on a custom name pendant?
Most custom pendants support up to 8-10 characters. We recommend 3-7 characters for the best visual result. Longer names will result in a wider pendant. Character limits vary by style — check each product page for specific recommendations.
Can I change or cancel my custom order?
Because custom pieces are made to order, we cannot modify or cancel custom orders once production has begun. Please double-check your spelling and options before placing your order. If you contact us within 2 hours of ordering, we may be able to make changes before production starts.
Do you offer custom photo pendants?
Yes! Our custom picture pendants let you upload any photo at checkout. Our team professionally resizes, enhances, and sets your photo inside the pendant behind a scratch-resistant crystal dome.

How long does shipping take?
Ready to Ship items: Ship within 1-3 business days. Delivery in 3-7 business days (domestic) or 8-15 business days (international).
Custom/personalized items: Require 3-4 weeks for handcrafting, plus 3-7 business days for delivery.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $120 within the United States. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website or by contacting support@luxiiva.com.
SIZING AND FIT
What chain lengths are available?
Most necklaces are available in 16", 18", 20", and 22" chain lengths. 16" sits at the collarbone (choker style), 18" is the most popular everyday length, 20" falls below the collarbone, and 22" provides a longer, layered look.
What ring sizes do you carry?
Ring sizes vary by product. Most rings are available in sizes 5-9. Check each product page for specific size availability. If you are unsure of your ring size, we recommend visiting a local jeweler for a professional measurement.
What bracelet sizes are available?
Most bracelets are available in 7" and 8" lengths. Some adjustable bracelets fit a range of wrist sizes. Check the product page for specific sizing details.
RETURN AND EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
Custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How do I start a return?
Email support@luxiiva.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions within 24 hours.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us immediately at support@luxiiva.com with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. We stand behind the quality of every LUXIIVA piece.

How do I clean my LUXIIVA jewelry?

How should I store my jewelry?
Store each piece in its LUXIIVA box or a soft pouch. Keep pieces separated to prevent scratching. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Hang necklaces to prevent tangling.
Will gold plated jewelry turn my skin green?
No. LUXIIVA jewelry is made with our tarnish-free, hypoallergenic coating that prevents any skin discoloration or green marks. This is true even for sensitive skin.
